Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship across the UK and worldwide.

Where do you ship from?
All orders are carefully packaged and shipped directly from our UK workshop.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We work quickly to prepare your order. If you need to make changes or cancel, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window, your order may already be in production. You can still return it once received (see our returns policy).

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) as well as PayPal.

When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing, with shipping starting the following day. During holidays or busy seasons, processing may take slightly longer.

How long will it take to receive my order?

  • UK Orders: 3–7 business days
  • International Orders: 7–14 business days (depending on location and customs clearance)

What if I don’t receive my order?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 21 days (UK) or 30 days (international), please contact us. We’ll investigate and, if needed, issue a full refund.

Will I be charged customs or taxes?
Orders within the UK include VAT. International customers may be subject to customs duties or local taxes upon delivery. These are determined by your country’s customs office and are the buyer’s responsibility.

How do I return an item?
If you’d like to return an item, please email us at support@ziyadecor.com with your order number. Items must be returned unused, in original condition, within 14 days of delivery.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible, either with a replacement or refund.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days once we’ve received and inspected your return. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
